مرحباً بك في RewardsRoyal ("رويال"، "نحن"، "المنصة"). رويال منصة ولاء ومكافآت تربط الزبائن بالمحلات المشاركة. باستخدامك تطبيق الزبون أو لوحات المحلات والكاشير أو موقع rewardsroyal.com فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، الرجاء عدم استخدام الخدمة. تُكمّل هذه الشروط سياسة الخصوصية، وهي جزء لا يتجزأ منها.
1 طبيعة الخدمة
رويال منصة تقنية فقط: نوفّر الأداة التي يُنشئ بها كل محل برنامج ولاء خاصاً به (بطاقة، نجوم، عروض ومكافآت)، ويجمع الزبائن عبرها نجومهم ويصرفون مكافآتهم. رويال ليست المحل، ولا تبيع منتجاته، ولا تموّل مكافآته، ولا تضمن استمراره في البرنامج. العلاقة التجارية والمكافأة نفسها بين الزبون والمحل مباشرة.
2 الأهلية والحساب
- الخدمة لمن عمرهم 16 سنة أو أكثر.
- أنت مسؤول عن صحة البيانات التي تُدخلها، وعن سرية كلمة مرورك ورمز دخولك، وعن كل ما يحدث عبر حسابك.
- أبلغنا فوراً عند أي استخدام غير مصرّح به لحسابك: [email protected].
3 النجوم والمكافآت (للزبائن)
- النجوم والمكافآت ذات طابع ترويجي، ليس لها أي قيمة نقدية، ولا تُصرف نقداً ولا تُحوَّل بين المحلات أو بين الحسابات.
- كل محل يحدّد عرضه بنفسه: عدد النجوم، المكافأة، ومدة العرض وشروطه. وقد يغيّر المحل عرضه أو يوقف مشاركته في أي وقت؛ تبقى نجومك على عرضك الحالي حتى تستلم مكافأتك أو ينتهي العرض.
- تُضاف النجمة عند مسح كود الكاشير داخل المحل، وصرف المكافأة يتم في المحل وبحسب شروطه.
- نحتفظ بحق إلغاء نجوم أو مكافآت نتجت عن خطأ أو احتيال أو تلاعب.
4 اشتراك المحلات
- يحصل المحل على فترة تجريبية مجانية مدتها 30 يوماً، ثم يتابع باشتراك مدفوع للاستمرار في منح النجوم.
- عند انتهاء الاشتراك يتوقف منح النجوم الجديدة مؤقتاً، وتبقى بطاقات الزبائن ونجومهم محفوظة حتى يجدّد المحل.
- المحل مسؤول وحده عن الوفاء بالمكافآت التي أعلن عنها، وعن صحة عروضه، وعن التزام نشاطه بالقوانين المعمول بها، وعن تعامله مع زبائنه.
- يتعهّد المحل بأن ما يرفعه من شعار وصور ونصوص مملوك له أو مرخّص له باستخدامه، وبأنه لا ينتهك حقوق الغير، ويمنح رويال الإذن بعرضه داخل المنصة لتشغيل الخدمة.
5 الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع عند استخدام الخدمة:
- أي تلاعب بمنح النجوم أو صرف المكافآت، أو مسح الأكواد بطرق آلية أو احتيالية.
- انتحال شخصية غيرك، أو استخدام حساب أو محل لا تملك صلاحيته.
- محاولة اختراق المنصة أو تعطيلها أو تجاوز حدود الطلبات أو فحص ثغراتها دون إذن خطّي منّا.
- استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو مخالف لهذه الشروط.
6 الملكية الفكرية
اسم رويال وشعاره والمنصة وبرمجياتها وتصميمها مملوكة لنا، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن. تبقى شعارات المحلّات وصورها مملوكةً لأصحابها، وتُستخدم فقط لعرض برنامج الولاء الخاص بهم داخل المنصة.
7 العلاقة بين الزبون والمحل
المكافآت والمنتجات والخدمات يقدّمها المحل لا رويال. أي خلاف حول منتج أو خدمة أو صرف مكافأة هو بين الزبون والمحل مباشرة. نساعد قدر الإمكان، لكننا لسنا طرفاً في تلك المعاملة ولا نتحمّل مسؤوليتها.
8 توفّر الخدمة
نسعى لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة وآمنة، لكنها تُقدَّم "كما هي" دون ضمان عدم الانقطاع أو الخلو التام من الأخطاء. قد نعدّل الخدمة أو نوقف بعض ميزاتها مع إشعار معقول عند الإمكان.
9 حدود المسؤولية
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل رويال المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، ولا عن فقدان نجوم أو مكافآت أو بيانات نتيجة سوء استخدام أو خطأ من المحل أو ظرف خارج سيطرتنا. لا يحدّ هذا من أي حقوق غير قابلة للتنازل يكفلها القانون.
10 الإيقاف والإنهاء
يمكننا إيقاف أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يسيء استخدام الخدمة. ويمكنك إنهاء استخدامك في أي وقت بحذف حسابك من التطبيق ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب.
11 تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنعدّل تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه، وعند أي تغيير جوهري ننبّهك داخل التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للشروط المعدّلة.
12 القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها محلياً، وتُحَلّ أي نزاعات أمام الجهات المختصة في مكان عمل المنصة.

Welcome to RewardsRoyal ("Royal", "we", "us", "the platform"). Royal is a loyalty and rewards platform that connects customers with participating stores. By using the customer app, the store and cashier panels, or rewardsroyal.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.
1 What the service is
Royal is a technology platform only: we provide the tool each store uses to run its own loyalty program (a card, stars, offers and rewards), and through which customers collect stars and redeem rewards. Royal is not the store: we do not sell the store's products, fund its rewards, or guarantee it keeps participating. The commercial relationship and the reward itself are directly between the customer and the store.
2 Eligibility and account
- The service is for people aged 16 or older.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your password and login code confidential, and for everything that happens through your account.
- Tell us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account: [email protected].
3 Stars and rewards (customers)
- Stars and rewards are promotional and have no monetary value. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred between stores or accounts.
- Each store sets its own offer: the number of stars, the reward, and the offer's duration and conditions. A store may change its offer or stop participating at any time; your existing stars stay on your current offer until you redeem the reward or the offer ends.
- A star is added when you scan the cashier's code in the store, and rewards are redeemed at the store under its conditions.
- We may cancel stars or rewards that result from error, fraud, or manipulation.
4 Store subscriptions
- A store gets a 30-day free trial, then continues on a paid subscription to keep granting stars.
- When a subscription ends, granting new stars pauses, while customers' cards and stars are kept until the store renews.
- The store alone is responsible for honoring the rewards it advertises, for the accuracy of its offers, for its business's compliance with applicable law, and for its dealings with its customers.
- The store confirms that any logo, images and text it uploads are owned by or licensed to it and do not infringe anyone's rights, and grants Royal permission to display them within the platform to run the service.
5 Acceptable use
When using the service, the following are prohibited:
- Any manipulation of star granting or reward redemption, or scanning codes by automated or fraudulent means.
- Impersonating others, or using an account or store you are not authorized to use.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
6 Intellectual property
The Royal name, logo, platform, software and design are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission. Stores' logos and images remain owned by their owners and are used only to display their own loyalty program within the platform.
7 Customer–store relationship
Rewards, products and services are provided by the store, not by Royal. Any dispute about a product, a service, or redeeming a reward is directly between the customer and the store. We help where we can, but we are not a party to that transaction and are not responsible for it.
8 Service availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or entirely error-free operation. We may modify the service or discontinue some features, with reasonable notice where possible.
9 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Royal is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, nor for the loss of stars, rewards or data resulting from misuse, a store's error, or circumstances beyond our control. This does not limit any non-waivable rights granted to you by law.
10 Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or misuses the service. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account in the app (Account → Delete account).
11 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for any significant change, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12 Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law, and any disputes are resolved before the competent authorities at the platform's place of business.
