مرحباً بك في RewardsRoyal ("رويال"، "نحن"). رويال منصة ولاء ومكافآت تربط الزبائن بالمحلات المشاركة: تجمع النجوم عند كل زيارة، وتحصل على مكافآت وخصومات. تشرح هذه السياسة ما البيانات التي نجمعها عبر تطبيق الزبون ولوحات المحلات والكاشير وموقع rewardsroyal.com، ولماذا، ومع من نشاركها، وكيف تتحكم بها.

ما لا نجمعه:

  • بصمة الوجه أو الإصبع: التحقق يتم بالكامل على جهازك عبر نظام التشغيل، ولا تصلنا أي بيانات بيومترية.
  • الكاميرا: تُستخدم فقط لمسح كود الكاشير، ولا نحفظ أو نرفع أي صورة أو فيديو.
  • موقعك الدقيق: لا نتتبع موقعك. نعرف فقط الدولة التقريبية من الاتصال بالإنترنت لنقترح عليك محلات وعروض الدولة اللي إنت فيها. زر "الاتجاهات" يفتح تطبيق الخرائط الذي تختاره (Google Maps أو Apple Maps أو Waze)، وهو يخضع لسياسة خصوصية ذلك التطبيق.
  • بيانات الدفع: التطبيق لا يتعامل مع البطاقات البنكية.

2 كيف نستخدم بياناتك

  • تشغيل حسابك وإضافة النجوم وصرف المكافآت.
  • إرسال كود التحقق ورسائل استعادة كلمة المرور.
  • إرسال إشعارات بعروض المحلات المشاركة. يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من التطبيق ← الحساب ← إشعارات العروض، أو من إعدادات هاتفك.
  • منع الاحتيال، مثل منع مسح الكود أكثر من مرة خلال مدة قصيرة، وحماية الحسابات من محاولات الدخول المتكررة.
  • تحسين الخدمة وإصلاح الأعطال.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات طرف ثالث، ولا نبني ملفات إعلانية عنك.

3 مع من نشارك البيانات

  • المحلات التي تزورها فقط: عندما تمسح كود محل، يرى صاحب المحل وموظفو الكاشير اسمك ورقم هاتفك وسجل زياراتك ونجومك في محلهم فقط، لإدارة برنامج الولاء الخاص بهم. المحلات الأخرى لا ترى بياناتك.
  • مزوّدو خدمات يعملون نيابة عنا:
    • Google Firebase: الإشعارات.
    • Google Sign-In: الدخول بحساب Google إن اخترته.
    • Brevo: إرسال البريد الإلكتروني وأكواد التحقق.
    • Cloudflare: حماية الاتصال وتسريعه.
    يحصل هؤلاء فقط على ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة، ويلتزمون بحمايته.
  • الجهات الرسمية: إذا طُلب ذلك بموجب القانون.

4 أمان البيانات

  • كل الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS.
  • كلمات المرور مخزّنة بتشفير لا يمكن عكسه (bcrypt).
  • جلسات الدخول محمية برموز سرية تُلغى عند تسجيل الخروج.
  • أكواد الكاشير موقّعة رقمياً، وتنتهي صلاحيتها خلال ثوانٍ، لمنع التلاعب.

لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%، لكننا نطبّق ممارسات حماية معقولة ونراجعها باستمرار.

5 مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك فعّالاً. عند حذف الحساب نحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً. قد نحتفظ بسجلات مجهّلة الهوية (بدون اسم أو هاتف) لأغراض الإحصاء ومنع الاحتيال، أو بما يفرضه القانون.

6 حقوقك وحذف الحساب

يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب حذفها في أي وقت:

  • التعديل: من التطبيق ← الحساب ← الملف الشخصي.
  • حذف الحساب: من التطبيق ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب، أو بإرسال طلب إلى [email protected] من نفس البريد أو مع رقم الهاتف المسجّل.
عند حذف الحساب تُحذف نجومك ومكافآتك في كل المحلات نهائياً ولا يمكن استرجاعها.

7 الأطفال

التطبيق مخصص لمن عمرهم 16 سنة أو أكثر، ونطلب تاريخ الميلاد عند التسجيل للتحقق من ذلك. لا نجمع بيانات من هم دون 16 سنة عن قصد. إن علمت أن شخصاً أصغر من 16 سجّل لدينا، راسلنا لنحذف حسابه.

8 أصحاب المحلات والكاشير

لأصحاب المحلات نجمع اسم المحل واسم المالك ورقم الهاتف والبريد، وبيانات الكاشير (الاسم ورقم الدخول والفرع)، وعنوان الفرع وموقعه إن أضافه التاجر. يظهر عنوان الفرع وموقعه للزبائن ليصلوا إلى المحل، أما أسماء الكاشير وأرقامهم فلا تظهر للزبائن.

9 التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنعدّل تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه، وسننبّهك داخل التطبيق عند أي تغيير جوهري.

Welcome to RewardsRoyal ("Royal", "we", "us"). Royal is a loyalty and rewards platform that connects customers with participating stores: you collect stars on every visit and earn rewards and discounts. This policy explains what data we collect through the customer app, the store and cashier panels, and rewardsroyal.com; why we collect it; who we share it with; and how you control it.

What we do not collect:

  • Face or fingerprint data: biometric sign-in happens entirely on your device through the operating system, and no biometric data ever reaches us.
  • Camera: used only to scan the cashier's code. No photos or videos are stored or uploaded.
  • Your precise location: we do not track it. We only infer your approximate country from your internet connection to suggest stores and offers in the country you are in. The "Directions" button opens the maps app you choose (Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze), which is governed by that app's own privacy policy.
  • Payment data: the app does not handle bank cards.

2 How we use your data

  • To run your account, add stars and redeem rewards.
  • To send verification codes and password-recovery messages.
  • To notify you about offers from participating stores. You can turn this off anytime in the app (Account → Offer notifications) or in your phone settings.
  • To prevent fraud, for example blocking repeated scans within a short time and repeated sign-in attempts.
  • To improve the service and fix problems.

We do not sell your data, use it for third-party advertising, or build advertising profiles about you.

3 Who we share data with

  • Only the stores you visit: when you scan a store's code, the store owner and its cashiers can see your name, phone number, visit history and stars at their store only, to run their loyalty program. Other stores cannot see your data.
  • Service providers acting on our behalf:
    • Google Firebase: notifications.
    • Google Sign-In: if you choose it.
    • Brevo: email and verification codes.
    • Cloudflare: secure, fast connections.
    They receive only what is needed to provide the service, and they are obliged to protect it.
  • Authorities: when required by law.

4 Security

  • All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
  • Passwords are stored with one-way encryption (bcrypt).
  • Sign-in sessions use secret tokens that are revoked when you sign out.
  • Cashier codes are digitally signed and expire within seconds to prevent tampering.

No system is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards and review them regularly.

5 Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. We may keep anonymized records (without your name or phone) for statistics and fraud prevention, or where the law requires.

6 Your rights and account deletion

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time:

  • Edit: in the app, go to Account → Profile.
  • Delete your account: in the app, go to Account → Delete account, or email [email protected] from your registered email or with your registered phone number.
Deleting your account permanently removes your stars and rewards at all stores. They cannot be recovered.

7 Children

The app is for people aged 16 or older, and we ask for your date of birth at sign-up to check this. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you learn that someone under 16 has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.

8 Store owners and cashiers

For store owners, we collect the store name, owner name, phone and email, plus cashier details (name, login number and branch) and the branch address and map location if the owner adds them. Branch addresses and locations are shown to customers so they can find the store. Cashier names and numbers are never shown to customers.

9 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and notify you in the app of any significant change.
