1 من داخل التطبيق (فوري)
- افتح تطبيق RewardsRoyal وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى تبويب الحساب واضغط على القائمة ⋮.
- اختر حذف الحساب، ثم اكتب كلمة حذف للتأكيد واضغط حذف نهائي.
2 عبر البريد الإلكتروني
إذا لم تعد تستطيع الدخول للتطبيق، أرسل طلباً إلى [email protected]، واكتب فيه رقم الهاتف أو البريد المسجّل في حسابك. سنتحقق من ملكية الحساب، ثم ننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.
3 ماذا يُحذف؟
- يُحذف نهائياً:
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم والهاتف والبريد وتاريخ الميلاد وكلمة المرور المشفّرة.
- النجوم والمكافآت في كل المحلات.
- رمز الإشعارات وجلسات الدخول.
- يبقى بدون أي ربط بك: سجل عمليات المسح لدى المحلات، كعدد مجهول الهوية للإحصاء ومنع الاحتيال.
الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه أو استرجاع النجوم.

1 In the app (instant)
- Open the RewardsRoyal app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab and tap the ⋮ menu.
- Choose Delete account, type Delete to confirm, and tap Delete permanently.
2 By email
If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] with the phone number or email on your account. We will verify that the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days at most.
3 What gets deleted?
- Deleted permanently:
- Account data: name, phone, email, date of birth and encrypted password.
- Your stars and rewards at every store.
- Your notification token and sign-in sessions.
- Kept without any link to you: the stores' scan history, as an anonymous count for statistics and fraud prevention.
Deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone, and your stars cannot be recovered.
